At the beginning there was some confusion about the time of our appointment due to Sergeantâ  s having had two people with the same name call At the end of last week. Once we sorted that out it was smooth sailing. They were able to send somebody out the same day to determine the cause of my ceiling fan not working. Alex came and determined very quickly that it was the transmitter in the fan, he suggested that we install an in-wall fan control which we agreed to. Alex was competent, courteous and tidy.. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a fair price, they came and did the job and left with a very happy customer. I would definitely suggest them to anybody needing electrical work.

Carlos is the best. He was the only vendor who cared enough to ask whether I had extra paint in case he scraped the wall. He was pleasant and not pushy. Definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with Bolt Electric and the electrician who did my service. I had used another Electrical company to begin with, but did not trust the recommendations that they made which were a lot more expensive, The Bolt electrician showed me they were not needed. I highly recommend Bolt Electric.

ore details of what happened
I would like to mention how happy I am with my new whole house 22kw Generac generator,
From my initial survey by their field engineer Will, who help me set up what I exactly what I need and where it's to be located. He made sure that LWR receives all the specification sheets on the generator for their filing purpose.
Then I was contact by their customer service rep, Liz, she worked with me every step of the way, She interacted with LWR town hall to see that all the generators' specification were met with their modification committee, sending final copies to Manatee county in order to file the necessary forms for permits. Then arraigning a delivery date. They sent 4 men to set the generator in place and run the electric cable and pressured tested the gas line., Liz then coordinated an installation date, all with in a week time frame. Their men are all professionals who knew their job as well as their co-worker.
Then I received a call from their operation manager Exton , who was in charge of all the work being performed, He called again and explain what was going be accomplished and when. He was able to get a crew to install and make the connections on Memorial Day for me. They sent only two men, who made the final connection for the gas line and electric to the transfer then into the house. They estimated that it might take up to 8 hours to be safe, They completed their mission in less than 6 hours, I was without power for minimal interruption to my electrical needs.
As luck would have it, Peace River had a power outage later that evening, My generator came on as its required and ran for the next 3 hours, My son slept throughout the entire time,
In closing, this was the best investment I have made o my home except for replacing my two air conditioning systems. I'm so glad I was able to get Generac to giver me piece of mind for the up and coming hurricane season, Tony Gula.

New Dawn electric was awesome. They came out to house within 24 hours of a request, did quality work, was honest and advised me that what I needed may not be necessary. I appreciated that .. he was in and out of my house in 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again
