His Customer Service employee was very helpful, prompt in getting back with me. She wasn't sure if she could get the electrician out the same day, but called back and said he would come the next evening. Nice surprise he was able to come the same day. Came that evening and fixed our problem right away. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely call him with any other electrical needs we might have.

We loved working with Chris at Guardian Media. Our AV system was antiquated and they came in and brought us up to date with the newest technology. They were half the price of their competitors, but we felt like we got a much better system and definitely better customer service. Their customer service is excellent.
