    I have created an email reply for my ninja form and inserted our logo in the email footer.

    No matter what I do, I can’t get the image to display at all.

    The code in the email that is received displays:

    <img alt="Logo" width="380" height="73">

    No src tag – at all… But I have triple checked the HTML code in the form and the src is there and the link is also there – the image exists and is visible!!!

    Yes, that was the first check – it is configured to send HTML.
    I have done some further digging. There is definitely an issue.

    The src is actually there and the file name it references actually displays when you access the URL directly, it just wont show in GMail. I configured Outlook to download the email as well to compare and Outlook gives the following message with a small red X:

    The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location.

    The file is there, it’s a legitimate URL – Outlook says to change the registry BUT this was raised to me by a customer having the same issue – Surely the fix isn’t to update the registry on every PC BEFORE they access the website and send a contact form???
