This was my first experience with Home Advisor, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I listed the job as ready to hire and Lawton was the first contractor to respond. We needed to have the wood on our back deck replaced. Before quoting me a price, he asked me to count the number of boards on the deck. Because of this, I felt comfortable he was using the info to give us an accurate price. He was also honest to tell us that some areas that first appeared as needing repair were actually solid and did not need to be fixed. He was very professional, wonderful to work with, his work is excellent and we have already made plans to have him come back to help with other projects. I highly recommend him for any of your contractor needs.

Very very pleased with the whole experience. Mind you this was a rental home we have and the tenant was there for the appointment. While we had to wait 2 weeks as Troy was very busy it was worth it. Troy was very proactive to respond to my texted questions and it is evident that he was genuinely concerned about my repair and having it done right. His communication was fantastic, and follow thru just as great. I felt his labor cost was a little more per hour then I expected I still gave it 5 stars. Why? I feel it was worth it to feel confident that the repair would be done right the first time and I would know what was going on at all times. Troy as quick, efficient and as I said, communicated everything via phone with me each step of the way.
My tenant commented on how polite he was, how he was courteous and informative when she asked questions and she felt he was very honest and forthright. What more can you ask for in an appliance repair person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TROY. Keep his number on hand.

Daniel was very courteous, punctual, and professional. He was able to come out within 2 days of me contacting him. He was a little more expensive than Lowe's installation services, but way more responsive, and definitely worth the little extra cost. Instead of waiting 2 to 3 weeks for a Lowe's installer, we had a new microwave installed within 3 days of purchasing. He did a great job installing our new microwave and I highly recommend his services.
