The master teach was highly informative in explaining the science of the terms. I had previously hired another company and was left confused. I therefore paid more to have a second test by the Mold Test Company, and it was a very wise decision. If you think you may have mold in your home are apartment, I highly recommend that you contact Mold Test Company

The mold that was found was cladosporium. I had alerted the company that I have over 100 plants in my home and it is a small home. Aside from Humidity being mentioned- which humidity is high, Nothing was mentioned that this type of mold is common to be found on and in plant matter and soil and aside from getting the growth on the wall that was found treated- the plants in my home would be the cause therefore treatment alone would likely not solve the issue. I had to get this information from another contact. The testing itself and the results were completed in a timely fashion, and I would very much likely use them again to inspect my home- because they were able to identify and tell me what the mold was even if unable or unwilling to make the connection to the setup of my home :)

Effectively doubled the price from what was quoted by not testing as requested and doomsday me into much more expensive tests which were not needed.

Of course, I had mold. I was surprised at how quickly they recommended Biocide to eliminate my mold problem. I feel like they may be together in the mold removal industry. Having done my research, you are not supposed to have a mold test company and also be a mold removal company, and yet this company seemed to skirt that but not having them be officially affiliated with Mold Test Company.
