Comment: 17 foot tall detached shop, 20x40, 1 story home, all the block walls that are stucco'd front & back with some water damage to stucco. In front yard stucco needs to be scraped, needs to be water sealed BEFORE repainting, because of neighbor's constant watering on the wall which has bubbled OUR stucco. Some areas of backyard as well on both sides of backyard. Lucky us. Porch ceiling needs scraped (possibly stucco'd??), but fixed and repainted for sure. Have custom gates with metal and wood, with metal ornaments, all 2 toned. some other backyard walls want painted, but I may paint the caps to walls, spa, pool deck and flagstone myself. which adds a 3rd color or may have you do based on price of all. Will move RV each day you come no matter what myself. We are very particular and usually do all work ourselves, but can't handle this big job with our backs anymore. Want a company that cares about detail for sure.
