I was going for a light orange peel finish but the dry wall Instalation was so good that we changed to a smooth finish. It looks great with the old formal modern and contemporary style of my home."

"Jesus Elias did a very professional job of cleaning my roof. He explained clearly what he was going to do and why. As Rachel P. also mentioned, the only category HomeAdvisor has for roof cleaning is power washing, but Jesus Elias cleans by hand with a brush. He explained why it is better for your roof to use a brush instead of power washing. The final results are great. I am glad I decided to go with Elias Handyman Service instead of the others who were not only more expensive but could not clearly explain what & how they were going to clean the roof. Lastly, Jesus was very prompt and courteous."

"I'm not sure what I liked best about CS1, but I think it was their cheerful, happy, talented craftsmen. You know the company is doing something right when the people who work for them are cheerful, respectful, and kind. Their work on my (hideous) popcorn ceilings and walls transformed my home. Expert. Outstanding work. I will say that if your estimate is X number of days, those days may not be contiguous - make sure you check with them to make sure you are aligned on the schedule. "The two Daniels showed up on time and immediately went to work. They completed the job in less then two hours (1200 sq ft), including clean up. Very friendly and professional installers. Kevin who did the estimate told me that my crawl space did not heed new installation,which is the reason I had originally call this company. Since the next project on my list was attic installation, he was kind enough to do an inspection and give me a estimate on the spot. When the invoice came I was surprised that it was $200.00 more then Kevin had quoted. I call Northwest and got a hold of Amiee. She explained that the $200.00 difference was a rebate and she was doing the paperwork and it should kick in in about 2 or 3 weeks. Great team to deal with."

"My new-to-me home built in 1947 was 95 degrees in the walk-up attic in the summer! It made downstairs hot, too. I just couldn't stand it any more. If you put your hand on the ceiling, it was amazingly hot. A friend suggested just nailing some foam boards onto the underside of the roof, but I thought there has to be a better solution. I did research, saw the blown-in insulation, and had Josh Lowe out to give me a proposal. It ended up spray foam was the better solution. Since his company installs spray foam AND blown-in cellulose, I thought he was truly telling me the better solution, rather than just selling me on one thing. Glad I chose them for spray foam, and my home is easier to live in now!"
