He arrived at 11:45 AM. He diagnosed my non functioning oven and broiler to be a faulty igniter. He had a replacement in his vehicle. Since he had repaired the oven so quickly, I asked Dmitri to repair the water dispenser in my fridge. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Of course, there was a diagnostic charge and Chris said he could try and find a replacement for me. He called me back a few days later and gave me a quote for a new GE microwave and said he would take $25 off the installation charge. Sounds good to me!
