Joe came out to look at our fridge the same day we called for the service, and completed the repair the very next day. Other companies were quoting at least 3-4 days before being able to come out. Joe also kept me updated about his arrival. Although he came a little later than I quoted, I appreciated his phone call to let me know that he was on the way. He was very kind, very knowledgeable, and personable.

Appliance 911 was great. I called, left a message with my information and they called me back immediately. Nathan came by the next morning; he was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He tracked down the correct part and had the oven working the next day, I will hire for future appliance repairs.

Mike was good about not requiring me to set aside an entire 4 hour block for his visit. He called me a half hour before he was to arrive so I could leave work and meet him there. I had sent him a photo of the model number, etc. so he had parts with him when he arrived.

Arrowhead Appliance Repair was excellent. Their technician, Andy, was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Andy was able to fix our cooktop which had a broken fan switch. This saved us from having to buy a complete new cooktop. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Appliance Repair. From start to finish, this was an outstanding service!!
