Stop looking! These guys are genuine and great individuals. Shamoon was very professional and polite during our â Pre-Flightâ he answered all our questions, was not a pushy sales guy. He gave us all options and we were able to make a decision without feeling forced to purchase the newest equipment. Very practical. Paul, our plumber, who installed our soft water, was also very professional, polite and thorough with what he was trying to explain with using the system. Paul was quick to let us know what he noticed with our very old piping and told us he may need to replace a spot on piping and it may take longer. In the end, he didnâ t have to but re assured to just keep an eye on it. He was quick and very clean with his job answer all our questions as well. Communicated with my husband and I on where the best placement would be and always keeping us informed. Such a great company to work with. Mark installed an osmosis system and troubleshooted my old water softener. Turns out, I didn't need a new system. Culligan waters wanted to sell me parts costing more than a new softener. Very reasonably priced and professional.

Miguel the contractor was very professional and timely. Project did run over by a day, but I was given the option of getting it down right or getting it down quickly. We got it done right, couldn't be happier.

The water heater started to leak much worse on Sunday. He called on Sunday and was able to come early Monday morning. He took me to Menards to pick out the water heater and brought it home in his truck. He installed it quickly and removed theold one.
