Yes, according to this travis test the WordPress Unit tests are passing on PHP7 https://travis-ci.org/aaronjorbin/develop.wordpress/jobs/186252468
The problem is normally with plugins that do not support PHP7.1

What do you think about the WordPress plugin library include “Requires” and “Compatible up to” for PHP versions? What about a dedicated tab for “compatibility” instead of looking to description, faqs, other notes and support forums to find mentions of compatibility and conflicts.
