Being a retired contractor I write this review with knowledge of the trades. Chad is a hardworking man that is easy to work with, fair with pricing, and turns out quality work. He was the only contractor to come out and look at the job before giving a price. The other two people just threw a number at me over the phone. I feel its important to look at the proposed job thoroughly before pricing it so there are no "surprises" when it comes to actually doing the job. I highly recommend him and he is the first person I will call if I ever need anything done for me in the future!

Had 2 workers, One was a hard worker and the other is still growing as a young worker. Both were very polite and on time. The work was suppose to be done in one day but they had to come back the next day for clean up.

Hired Yosemite for backyard re-grading, sod removal and install, and to fix troublesome drainage issue. Received a reasonable quote, and had all my questions addressed. He is very professional , the work was meticulous and he kept us up to date with the progress of the plans, he cleared and did a lot of ground work for us, leveling and cleaning up the property after it was torn apart by a previous contractor who left the place a mess and incomplete. His time frame was accurate and he told us when it was going to be completed and he had it done that day. He followed up well reaching out to us to see if we were okay.
