I recommend WPMU DEV

WPMU DEV has so many of the things you need to make a website smooth. It's easy to understand the different plugins and easy to learn.

Also the customer support has been great. They really are available 24/7 (quickest support I've experienced of all places so far) and they are polite, explains things very well and don't make me feel stupid (which I often feel when I have to contact support) for asking about things - even when I ask about things that probably is stupid haha.

And I haven't been that good at checking it out yet, but I love that there is something called Hero Points in here, and the general visual profile is just amazing and makes heavy stuff feel easier. Love it!

All in all, I feel safer with WPMU DEV and it makes my job smoother and more efficient. 10/10 from me! :)

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel it's worth it.

For whatever reason, perhaps because it's not the typical, unsecured WordPress installation, some of the WPMUDev plugins have been problematic to get going. Typically, this would be discouraging to most. However, the WPMUDev Support Team has been exceptional!

I've contacted Support numerous times over the last few days, and everyone has been friendly, courteous, and seemingly happy to assist!

As a former new car dealership technician, I know how heavily companies rely on quality service/support. In my former industry, it will make or break you. Selling vehicles barely pay the salesmen and the manufacturer. Servicing the cars you sell is what brings in the revenue. If you offer a decent product with exceptional support/service, you will have customers for life.

At this point, I'm happy to say WPMUDev has earned my loyalty!

Jair Jarmillo helped me out today and he went above and beyond, just like every other WPMUDEV support person I've ever used. I came in with a problem I couldn't solve and he not only fixed that, he also told me what was wrong with my personal browser, and he noticed another potential problem with my website so he fixed that too. Support like that is what makes me sure that WPMUDEV is absolutely the BEST company. I'm a lifelong fan!!

They are very knowledgeable about Wordpress which allows them to help you way beyond just their own plugins. That's what happened today.
