At first I was a bit cautious because the plugin has not been updated in years. So I tested in a staging site first and it worked like a charm. Used it on the production too without any error. It's a great plugin. Does what it is supposed to do.

I've changed the Thumbnail size and Medium size to different values than the defaults(150 and 300), and I wanted to delete the old ones. But this plugin just regenerated the thumbnails. I find it useless.
