"Doug is outstanding! I had a water heater go out in a laundry closet on a Saturday and once the appliances were out, the vinyl flooring was obviously in bad shape. I was DESPERATE to find someone who could replace the flooring before the water heater was reinstalled on a Wednesday. I had hit dead end after dead end ( unless we wanted to wait 2 weeks without hot water- not ! ). Doug was able to squeeze me in early on Tuesday morning. "I originally hired Shark to replace carpeting with wood laminate in a couple of main floor rooms and on a staircase . None of the other local pros would touch the stairs because there were two awkward wedge-shaped landings. Shark did beautiful work even on the landings, which required a lot of tedious hand piecing. The crew did such a great job that later on, when we wanted to replace all the upstairs carpeting with wood laminate, this was the only company I called. They did 5 rooms and extended hallways with the same terrific attention to detail as before, despite loose floor joists, walls that weren't straight, an ongoing heat wave, and our tricky schedules to deal with."
