My lap top crashed. The Sunwest team came to my home, checked it out and then, when they found that it would not be a quick fix, took it to their facility to work on over the weekend. They saved my data and also installed a faster hard drive at my request. I am able to communicate with them over the internet, now, if I have further computer difficulties. Seth and his assistant were professional, timely and detail oriented (down to cleaning all remnants of drywall dust, wire pieces etc). Seth worked within my budget and offered multiple options from lowest to highest and helped find a happy medium. I knew nothing about home theater options and was walked through it in a way that made me confident in what was best for me, without any pressure or pushiness. Not only is it a lovely set up with great picture and sound but I was given instruction on how to use all components like I actually know what Iâ m doing, LOL. Iâ ve already recommended SmartVolt to friends and family as theyâ re a local company that does great work!
