We had a impossible large stain on our white wool bedroom carpet which we thought could never be removed. Dragan was able to remove this stain (and several others) after two tries. He was not only kind, reliable, and persistent, he made this a goal he would accomplish no matter how many visits it took. What a lovely person and representative for your company. Mike and Oscar, the technicians who performed the work, were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about carpet care. They met all of our expectations for performing the work of cleaning and restoration, and they obtained the results we desired. As other reviewers have noted about this company, they were prompt, respectful and courteous. Also, we very much appreciate that this company is 100% green! We will definitely call on them again.

I have been in the service industry for 35 years, and I can say that DNA is one of the most professional and responsive companies I have had the pleasure of working with. They came to my home, were completely professional, well mannered, well trained and did more than what we had agreed too. If you need one of the services they offer, I would not consider anyone other than DNA. Trust me...they are the best at what they do!

I had a really pleasant experience with this company on my hardwood floors. When I fist called them, I had a lot of questions regarding their methods on hardwood floors because I really cannot afford any company to make mistakes on my hardwood floors. They were able to answer my questions and when they came over to inspect my floors, they took the time to explain to me what their recommendations were without any pressure. When they finally refinished my floors, it turned out so much better than I even expected. I was really happy with the results. I will use them again, and this time, for my carpets. I trust their work and I know they'll do great on my carpets as well.

I called DNA fresh carpet to clean my 2 bedroom condo in D.C. I have severe allergies and wanted to make sure this was truly organic products. On the day of the service, I received a courtesy call from them letting me know they were on the way. The guys showed up professional looking with uniforms, they did a pre-walk through of my place, as they asked me what my main concerns are. After the job was done, i was amazed how they paid attention to detail. The place smelled great and my carpets look fantastic. No allergic reactions. I've signed up for their regular monthly service.
