    They are very nice and accommodating people. My whirlybird blew off the roof during a storm. When we originally called he was getting ready to leave the country due to death in the family. Before doing so, he was nice enough to come by and temporarily put up the whirlybird so I won't have a leak in the garage from the next rainstorm. Naturally from being out of the country they had a lot of work piled up when they returned. Even though it took longer than normal, the work they did was excellent. I would definitely hire them again if needed. �

    Horrible! Quote and agreement signed, nothing said about extra charges until done and then hundreds more charged? Also charge 3.5 % extra if you use a card. Finished later than quoted. Tried speaking to manager or someone in charge About concerns with additional charges not discussed before work is completed and never available. The receptionist is the most fowl and nasty person after luring you in to the initial agreement. Makes one wonder how anyone with any professionalism would allow this kind of disgusting person to represent their company. Would not recommend to anyone

    We were away from home for a short time and our neighbor called to tell us pieces of shingles had blown into his yard again. With spring rains due soon and the monsoon to follow, we wanted to take care of it immediately. I got on Angie's List and found LTD. The estimate was what we had anticipated. This done sight unseen by the company, just using their general knowledge of the area. There was one snafu, as the house had a gable which required more shingles than anticipated initially. Larry handled it professionally and with reasonable cost to us. Our neighbor called again to let us know the roof was done and it appeared to have been well done. When we got back it looked good, the roofing trash was all picked up. Now we wait for rains

    MR. DAVIS CAME TO MY MOTHERS HOUSE GAVE US AN ESTAMATE FOR WORK TO BE DONE THEN HE GOT THE DIFERENT PRICES ON THE COST FROM DIFERENT STORES FOR THE SUPPLIES.GARUANTING THE BEST COST FOR US. WE SET UP THE START TIME AND HE SHOWED ON TIME, WHEN WE HAD A DAY OR TWO WHERE WE HAD TO BE GONE HE HAD NO THROUBLE IN CHANGING DAYS AND TIME AROUND.THERE WHERE SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE JOB WHEN WE HAD TO LEAVE AND WE WHERE QUIT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM STAYNG AND DOING WORK HE IS VERY TRUST WORTHY AND DEPENDABLE. ALL WORK WAS COMPLEATED ON TIME AND TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS

    The work was quickly scheduled and once begun was completed within one day. The owner used a slightly larger than usual number of crew to do the job so that the work could be completed before any more inclement weather did more damage. The work was completed much more efficiently than I could have imagined. An excellent job of clean-up was performed and in glancing around my property you would never have known they had been there. They even provided pictures of the new shingles on the roof so that I did not have to go up on the roof to see how it looked. I was extremely pleased with the work performed and the amount charged. The owner is very professional in his demeanor and in overseeing a job well done. I was delighted that I found this company on Angie's list. I have several other projects on my list that I need done and I have already requested this company to have plans drawn up and an estimate given for building a new deck on my home.. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone who has work that needs to be done. And the list of things that they are able to perform is extensive .Give 'em a try, you'll be glad you did !!

    Brandon and his team did a phenomenal job installing a metal roof on our new home build in the mountains. I received mutliple quotes with local roofing companies, however saved over $10,000 with Iron Fortress, meanwhile they used a thicker gauge steel of 24 versus my other quotes of 26 or 29. So if you want to get a higher quality product, honest and fair pricing, conscientious workmanship (they were perfectionists and hard workers arriving at dawn and leaving a dusk), give Iron Fortress a call. You won't be disappointed. they even spray painted the nails the copper color of our roof and were very thorough, worksite was clean, they were pleasant and as a crew got along with each other very well. The end result was spectacular. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat! Their communication was excellent, Brandon must have sent me over 50 photos of other jobs as I couldn't decide on the roof color, and he was super patient with my endless questions. Started and finished the project on time and on budget

    Huge Scam Universal Solar ....they drilled holes into my roof right through my ceiling....had tar dripping through into my home...complete hack job.... they told me I would reduce my bill to $12 a month with NVEN....I keep my temp average at 78*....I'm getting a bill from NV Energy for $147 and I'm also paying for the solar system at about $200 a month...this is not what they promised....if they had been honest with me upfront I would have never bought the system....I was told by Vito the salesman that it would take a few months to build up credits but in that time they had a payment grace period so it would all even out.....oh what a lie....if I knew the truth they would have never gotten the sale and that folks is why they lie to you...now Universal solar is telling me it takes a year to build up the credits, which is actually 1and 1/2 years....I totally got scammed and now am paying double electricity bills...this will happen to you too if you do business with them...LET THE BUYER BEWARE update: their response is a complete lie....they promised to take the system off my roof....now they are refusing....I have an open case with the BBB in Las Vegas...do your research and see all the bad reviews and BBB complaints....some of the reviews are obviously fake put up by the company to hide the bad reviews ....owner is Eugene and very very dishonest and rude
