Good morning Mr. [Member Name Removed], thank you for the positive review! We really, really appreciate it. We apologize if there was any confusion on our policy and you waited at the residence for the 3 hour duration? All Owner, Landlord, or Management companies have the option to either meet with the technician directly or to have the tenant meet with the technician. If the Owner/Manager is unavailable to meet with the technician (out of state or otherwise occupied) The technician will call the tenant 20-30 minutes before arrival. After the diagnosis is completed the technician will then call the Owner/Manager from the residence to explain the repair needed and to provide the Job Estimate for approval over the phone. We require a credit card on file at the office, prior to service, as we do not charge tenants directly and the technicians are not allowed to take credit card information over the phone themselves. *If the Owners/Manager does not wish to provide a credit card on file or would prefer to meet with the technician instead, our policy is that the technician would then call the Owner/Manager 20-30 minutes prior to his arrival. Our records indicate that you requested a call 45 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. The technician has confirmed he was aware of the instructions to call you 45 minutes prior to his arrival.
