We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work

Kyle and his associates did an amazing job, meticulous work. Attention to detail. Respect and care for our property. Clean up all the time. They did all the work themselves. No hired help. We highly recommend this company. The floors look beautiful. Steve knows his business very well, he presented us with multiple options, explained all pros and cons, we felt very comfortable giving this job to him. He is very thorough and leaves the place clean after he's done. His equipment is top notch as well.

I would recommend this company time and time again! From the initial phone call to the actual technician showing up to do the work, the service was phenomenal. It is clear that this company is focused on the customer experience, quality, and efficiency. They're not looking to make a quick buck, but to make a long-time, repeat customer. Though my call resulted in a quick adjustment of the sensors, Rob took the time to ensure everything about the door was functioning properly. This is a big deal and shows they care about the overall customer experience. Best value for my time and money, hands down!
