The only company that answered their phone on the weekend. Got to the home within one hour of calling. Gave quote without a service charge. Explained what they wanted to do and why. Finished the job quickly and even cleaned out the shower. But most amazing - the man said the job went much quicker than expected so he took $$ OFF the original quote - great customer service

PNW called within a few minutes after I signed up with Home Advisor. He was actually in my area at the time and came by to give us a free quote. His price was very reasonable and he was able to start installing our sink right away. He had to leave a few minutes for another scheduled appointment but came back to finish our job the same day. We had a small issue with the caulk job but he came back and fixed it the next day. We would recommend PNW.

Very professional and quick. Came out next day and gave estimate. Then found right tank and installed following day. Very good job of explaining, cleaning up. Always arrived when they said they would. Excellent communication from office and worker. Expensive, at the high end of Google range of estimate, but we were leaking and the timeliness mitigates cost.

This is the second time I have used Dirt Cheap, Inc. because I was so happy with the work they performed for me last Summer. That prior job involved replacing parts of my 100+ year old sewer pipe that had become blocked due to massive root intrusions, which caused a backup in the toilet and shower. Sergio quickly came out to diagnose the problem and explained everything very carefully, taking the time to answer any questions I had. Within a few days, he and his work crew completed the job proficiently and at a very reasonable price. (Also, the concrete pathway that needed to be broken up to gain access to the pipes was restored nicely, with new concrete poured where necessary.) This most recent job that was completed today involved further replacement of the remaining 100+ year old sewer line running out to the street where it connects to the city's main line. I decided to replace it now rather than later as it will also cause blockage/problems in the very near future due to increasing deterioration and root intrusions. Again, Sergio and his work crew completed the job proficiently within 2 days, including the city inspection and permit. There is also a 25 year warranty - parts & labor! I highly recommend Dirt Cheap, Inc. for its professional service, reliability, and reasonable pricing.
