The owner/technician arrived on schedule and promptly diagnosed the problem that my A/C was experiencing. Very professional and focused.
He completed the job in less than an hour and explained each step as he went along repairing my system. He also gave me Discounts for most of the work. No doubt in my mind that he saved me hundreds of dollars in repair work and the most important thing - he was honest. Would highly recommend.

So happy I worked with Magna for my issue! They came within 45 minutes of me posting on Angie's List... that has to be some kind of record. They diagnosed the issue quickly, clearly communicated what was needed and what the cost would be, and I moved forward with it. My AC was back up and running within an hour. Highly recommend! Mecatron HVAC is a fantastic company. Iâ ve been using them for years. They have replaced my home HVAC and Heat Pump; Installed a hot water heater; Installed a mini-split in my workshop and have come out numerous times for miscellaneous HVAC repairs. The tech they sent (Kevin) was honest and was able to find the REAL problem. (Thermostat) The company before "Real" said the whole system was defective and in need of replacement. They wanted for me to lease a system. HA! "Real Refrigeration" was interested in solving the problem quickly and I felt they operated in the best interest of the customer.
