I could go on and on, but I will say this, Mark is a passionate advocate for passive housing [a voluntary standard for energy efficiency in a building, which reduces the building's ecological footprint. Travis VanNeste, is a very dependable and reliable businessman.
In this process I interviewed many other surveriors and this company is busy for a reason. The have great customer service and are very clear and concise in the communication.
There competitors are very much the opposite, I had many poor experiences with others. Van Neste on the contrary was very realistic and clear in there communication. Ther cost is competitive but slightly more 5%, worth every penny!!!

If you are worried about the structural integrity of your house, Criterium-Schimnowski is the company you need to hire! I have an old house and was not able to sleep at night because I was worried about how the floors sloped terribly and if it was a huge issue or not. I cannot say enough good things about this company - on time, VERY thorough, professional. listened to my concerns, quick turnaround on the evaluation report. Integrity. Patience. They gave me a plan and explained things to me without a lot of technical jargon. My worries are now at rest!
