I hired Falcone Landscaping & Construction to extend my yard. This included excavation , building a retaining wall , installing pavers and new fencing . I had several companies come give me quotes and Falcone's pricing was right there with everyone else. The reason why I chose Falcone is because the owner took the time to understand what I wanted and patiently explained to me how everything would work. Once the work started everything went exactly how it was explained and the job came out beautiful. Not only was the owner always professional but so were his employees. One thing happened on the job that I was very surprised by, in a good way, The electrician that was hired for the job was a no show so Louis the owner of Falcone did the electrical work which he didn't even charge me to do . By doing this Falcone not only stayed on schedule but saved me about $700 in the process . I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do any type of home improvements and I personally will 100% use them for my next job.

I selected Maldonado Construction Group LLC after consulting with more than 7 roofers. I found them to be extremely well-informed about roofs types, roof installations, roofing materials as well as current roofing rules & regulations. They did a comprehensive physical inspection of the roof and gave me 2 options of what should be done. They emailed me 2 proposals within 24 hours detailing exactly what was discussed. They DID NOT try to sell me one way or the other. It was my decision to have them install a new flat roof. Once that was decided, I was in awe of their professionalism. They met the materials delivery truck and stored the materials on the roof to begin work the next day. Once they began the work, they meticulously engaged the entire team (sometimes up to 6 people) in the installation. They were always prompt, respectful and engaging. Needless to say they are skilled, competent, and proficient. Their work is guaranteed to be free of defects for 10 years. The roofing materials are under manufacture warranty. The correct business is to hire Maldonado Construction Group LLC!
