The link on become an editor is now 404.

The polyglots handbook is changed, the new link, I suppose, is this: one: ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/plugin-theme-authors-guide/pte-request/

Because most of the content from that original page has ​been moved here since the reorganization, the redirect is slightly different from what you proposed. The sample PTE request is in the Plugin/Theme Authors section, ​on its own page.

In the context of the "Become an Editor" link, what do you think of:

1. Adding a "callout" at the top of the ​Plugin/Theme Author Guide that links to the ​PTE Request page?
2. Filing an enhancement/ticket to update the "Become an Editor" link itself?
