Support » Plugin: Query Monitor » Query Monitor conflicts with WP Rocket

    Hello,
I use the Query Monitor and WP Rocket plugins among others. I noticed that the Clear Cache button in WP Rocket doesn’t work properly anymore (no page refresh and no success message) and after selectively deactivating the plugins I found out that the problem only exists when Query Monitor is activated while WP Rocket has the “Minify Javascript” option enabled.
So I tried to add Query Monitor’s javascript to the list of files excluded from minification (tried different variants, the last one was /main/plugins/query-monitor/(.*).js) but the problem persists.
Is the problem known and is there a solution?

Are there any JavaScript errors in your browser console?

You might be better off asking the WP Rocket devs to take a look as they’ll know where to look in regard to the problem.

The only way that QM affects JS loading is to enqueue its own JS file, it shouldn’t affect anything else.

    Hi @johnbillion
no, there are no errors shown.
I also contacted WP Rocket and they told me that they are aware of the conflict with QueryMonitor and recommend to disable QueryMonitor :/ No great solution though…
Maybe you could contact them to solve this? I think there are many people using both WP Rocket and Query Monitor and it would be a pity if they all would disable Query Monitor because of this bug..what do you think?
