@fiddlerjones
is your discussion box checked in Screen Options?
Yes, and comments and pingbacks are allowed. I do see the comment form when I’m logged out, I just can’t see the new cookie checkbox.
Have you looked at this note:
Changes that Affect Theme Authors in WordPress 4.9.6
if your theme is using the fields
argument to the comment_form()
?
Just had a look, this would solve my issue, thanks. However, there’s still time until the 25th of May, and UpSolution (my theme is Impreza) will likely release an update in the next few days, so I think I’ll just wait until next Thursday.

Same pb here, hope we can get a solution before may 25fh
Hello,
I have also the same issue, the thing is that I have two blogs with the same theme, one has the checkbox, and the other not?
Thank you for your help
Anyone get this to show afterwards? I have a number of different themes and no joy getting the checkbox to show up on comments for users that are not logged in.
Same issue here with Chrome on macOS. The checkboxes show in Safari, even when I’m not logged in – see https://michaelkummer.com/technology/xfyro-aria-wireless-headphones-review/ as an example.

Could someone help, please?
