they came out and took a look at the driveway to determine the condition and to see if it needed any other repairs. Other companies did not make a site visit but only provided an estimate based on the size. I don't like surprises. These folks did a good job in a timely manner and used an OIL based sealer not a WATER based sealer like many of the others do. The oil based sealer lasts much longer. Yes you pay a little more but it does a better job so don't be mislead by lower prices and water based products

Luke Jones was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and has great customer service skills (when he came out for the estimate, he called me to say he was running a little late...who does that any more?). He did an awesome job at sealing our very large driveway. His attention to detail in making sure everything was perfect is impressive. We highly recommend Luke and will definitely reach back out to his company when it is time to reseal.

This is an awesome family owned, small business. You donâ  t find many like this in NOVA. Very professional paving job! They do not skimp on materials, their equipment is specifically geared for driveways and small paving operations and Neal has been laying asphalt for most of his life. These people do it right and are very accommodating to you individual needs. I very highly recommend them!!

The gravel driveway at our sonâ s home was in pretty bad shape. The culvert at the roadside entrance had rusted over time and was further damaged by a couple of car accidents that bent and disrupted water drainage. We selected Hunterâ s Development, LLC after speaking with Kelly, the owner and seeing all of the super positive reviews on Home Advisor. The entire driveway was graded, then additional gravel put down and tamped to provide a wider and thicker driveway. Twenty feet of asphalt was added to the roadside to provide a smoother and safer entrance and exit. Kelly and crew did a great job at a reasonable price. We highly recommend him and his crew for your driveway needs. Kelly is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We are so very satisfied with the results. Give him a call.

My driveway looks great! The cracks are filled and the coating on top looks so smooth. I've been going from one sealcoating business to another ever since my wife insisted I no longer do it myself. Ray's Seal Coating has been the best. I'm not looking any more. I'm sticking with Ray.

Mr. Lucas promptly came to my home, explained the job, provided me a fair estimate, and followed up with completing the work within a few days. He was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure all cracks were filled, repairs made, and my driveway sealed.
