Our problem was woodpecker damage to adjoining corner pieces of vertical trim on the 2 story portion of our split level house. We posted the job to HomeAdvisor. Timbers Siding was the first to respond. They were prompt in scheduling a site visit to assess the damage. Marcos measured the height at 22 feet, examined the wood condition and number of holes, and proposed replacing both pieces. I originally was thinking of patching but concluded he was right. I had this bid in a couple of days and felt it was solid. I had a second contractor for comparison but awarded the job to Timbers Siding. We scheduled the job for the following Saturday. The old wood was removed, the siding underneath was cleaned, the new pieces were joined, mounted and painted and the job was finished the same day. Excellent work!

Justin rebuilt a fence for us in our backyard. He integrated it beautifully with a new concrete retaining wall that another contractor had done. He was prompt, communicated regularly, and was flexible in the fence design. We would hire him again.

We had a great experience with Tribute Construction and Alejandra Kauffmann replacing and staining our deck. Everything went great from the bid estimate all the way through completion of the job. The crew started on time and the project lasted as long as they had predicted; even though there was additional work that needed to be done that was not known initially. The quality of the deck is perfection; the crew was very meticulous and it shows. Finally, the stain was hand painted which looked great. I highly recommend Tribute Construction and would use them again.

I am so glad I hired Pinnacle Contractors to build a dog run fence and small deck. My wife and I feel very good about recommending Reliable Home Repair. Hank & his crew totally rebuilt a utility room "bump out" for us and we were super pleased. He's a friendly, helpful guy who went out of his way to do a couple of other minor projects, probably not "money makers" for him, just to make our home more comfortable.
We appreciated his thoroughness and "get it done on time" attitude. His knowledge of plumbing & electrical systems also aided in the effort. When finances permit us to do a couple of other upgrades, we hope to hire Reliable Home Repair again. They did a good job for us.

I cannot say enough nice things about Gina and Jesus. We hired them to replace our old, rotten fence and clear out the blackberry jungle in the backyard. Jesus went absolutely above and beyond. The blackberries are dug out by the roots, the fence is stunningly gorgeous, and we're looking to hire them for just about every other handyman thing around the place.
