Electrician Joshua was very professional&friendly. He fixed my problem in a timely manner. What I didn't like has to do with the business end. When I booked the job I was told hey don't accept checks which is okay. She then said they do take credit cards. So I thought ok.then when tech came & I went to pay with my credit card he informed me that there would be a 4% charge for using it. Fortunately I had enough cash on hand to pay that way. I refuse to pay extra when I don't have to. I just hint she should have told me that up front. The job performance was very good.

I had a competitor come out first who gave me a really high estimate. Egan came out and not only was their cost less but they said all the work quoted by the first estimate really didn't even need to be done. This job was several months ago and we have had no problems. We've had another problem just come up and I called them without hesitation. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Jon came highly recommended by 5 people on a Facebook community group I reached out to to find someone to install a ceiling fan in a particularly tricky fixture in our new home.
