Data Protection

As proponents for ethics in technology and responsible IoT we try to practice what we preach in our own tools we use for organizing the activities and events we do.

We don’t ever share your data unless legally required to, and in fact don’t collect any personal information other than the necessary data for specific activities, like the application form for the Trustmark.

The application form is built using Google Forms. As part of the application process we collect (via Google Forms) information about the product that the application is for, as well information (name, contact details) as about the organization and person submitting the application. We keep the information of the submitting party for our records and to communicate for Trustmark-related purposes only in the future (for example, to follow up if there are allegations of a violation of the Trustmark requirements). We do not publish that information. However, the rest of the information submitted as part of the application process is published in full if the application is successful and the Trustmark is awarded.
