    Hi

I read this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/site-score-timed-out/ and saw no update on how to resolve the issue (for the benefit of the community). All I saw was the email address to respond to. And I thought that will assist you.

    You said,

It looks like your REST API might not be working. Can you take a screenshot of DevTools Network tab and the browser console? Let me know if you need help finding those :).

For new support requests – please use the WordPress.org forums so that others can benefit as well 🙂

I can try and research what this means, DevTools Network tab and the browser console.

Thanks for opening a support issue on the forums – helps us track it better and also others who might face the same problem could either benefit or pitch-in ðŸ‘

Are the screenshots taken from devtools when you’re on the Jetpack Boost dashboard?

What happens if you click refresh ( top right area of the page ) after the timeout? Does it still time-out?

Does it time-out almost instantly or you have to wait for a while and then it times out?

    Hey @johanhorak!

We’ve deployed improvements in version 1.0.2 that should fix the issue.

Please update the plugin, then purge any caches that you might have (WordPress cache, Cloudflare cache, etc) and try logging in to your site in an incognito window (to prevent browser cache from interfering) and try it out.

Let me know if the issue is solved!

    Cheers!
