    This company offers several siding options, including vinyl siding and Hardie plank. David's team took the time to explain the siding options and the benefits of each. Shane gave me an estimate on three different options and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to purchase immediately and he gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. They also worked to get me the exact windows I wanted. David stayed in contact while the product was on order and immediately scheduled the install when it arrived. I found his teams professional and reliable. Once the job started, the team worked continuously on my home until complete. David hires experienced people who work efficiently and effectively. And the teams are experts at what they do. He had one team who did the windows, then another to complete the siding, another for the gutters and a final team for the garage door. The job was not complete until I was happy. David did the final walk through himself. I would recommend to anyone and would use again should the need arise

    They were professional and kind from the start! one thing that they did that I rarely see is I received a text when he the tech was on his way. It had his picture, a short bio about him (which was fun) and a link to see where he was on a map. This was especially helpful considering I work from home and am on and off calls all day. I was able to see approximately where he was. Our technician Donny was the best- walked me through everything. I’m sure all the technicians are great! Got a new garage door opene

    Renew Home Exterior went above and beyond my expectations. From the first contact to the final walk through I had a pleasant experience. I set up an appointment and a knowledgeable saleswoman (Brianna) came to make measurements and show me her products. What I liked most about the saleswoman was that I felt heard and not pushed to make the sale. The order was placed for the windows and David called me on a weekly basis to check-in. The windows did take a little longer than expected, however, that was out of their control and I appreciated getting David's calls. This made me feel that they were actively pursuing the project. Installation day was smooth. The crew showed up and managed to install all the windows properly without any damage to my home. The clean-up was great! You could not tell there had been construction going on in or around the home. They removed all debris. David came by for a final walkthrough to check seals, locks, caulking and even cleaned all my windows making my experience even better. I recommend this company and plan to use them again for future projects

The scheduler even set aside a second time today in case they needed to come back and replace the door (which is what happened.) Jon and his trainee were friendly and polite and got the job done in less time than originally stated. And, the cost was reasonable. DO NOT use anyone else!! They are the best

    This company is very prompt and quick. They got the job done. However, in all honesty there were a couple of things I did not like or appreciate. 1) Without asking me they slapped a oval sticker with their company's info on my painted wall right next to my garage door button. I clearly know how to contact this company for future work and don't need a random advertisement sticker in my garage. I peeled the sticker off and it removed my wall's paint....ugh! 2) I appreciate promptness, however the team arrived >1 hour early on a holiday morning. Again, I appreciate them being responsive. But their early unexpected arrival jolted me out of my sleep....I just wish they would have called me to ask if it was ok to show up >1hr early instead of just showing up. 3) when they left, my garage door was squealing bad when opening and closing due to the new tension set on the spring. I spent time when I noticed to lubricate all of the hinges on the door...all good now...but wish they would have done that as part of the service. Regardless of some of these somewhat small irritations...I'd still recommend them to anyone having garage door issues
