This plugin is very easy to use and just does what it says. You can add a simple dashboard notice for your team that will show up on all pages of wp-admin until you disable it again. Support for minor formatting (line breaks, bold text) would be nice to have. Works with WordPress 4.9.7 without problems.

Great Idea. Been looking for something like this to post messages for end-customers when the log into edit their pages. Question: Any way to have multiple messages? I could see this being used for a temp message, as well as basic instructions that could be there each time they log in. Anyway, a good idea you had with this plugin JL
