Don and his crew did a great job, turning my vision of a small house into a wonderful home. They got all of the important things right: lots of light, excellent porch and friendly landings, beautiful floor and shed ceiling. The tile work is beautiful on bathroom and porch floors, and kitchen backsplash.
Donald was easy to work with and explained everything clearly. The workers were professional yet friendly. Don's interactions with the various trade people and with the Orange County inspection system were effective and timely.
I'm extremely happy with the work done by Maple Associates.

Our project was a fairly large project. We have an ~800 sq ft deck that is off the first floor over a walk out basement. We had to replace the entire structure (joists and decking) and as part of this, a RainEscape water drainage system was incorporated into the deck so the underside was dry and finished off. Mike was very knowledgeable and meticulous on this project. He made sure that everything looked great and was done right, especially the drainage system. He even came back after 6 months to redo a few areas where decking boards had warped, All in all, I'm very pleased with the results and Mike's work. I would recommend him for projects big or small.
