I also appreciate how he took payment as needed, not all up front, and did not raise the estimate to an unreasonable level. The communication with him was good, and I feel his work was very well done. He took down the outside stucco to the brick, repainted, and then recovered and angled the base, so that the rain water flows away from the house. He also rebuilt the crumbling foundation to my back porch. I feel the quality of his work was very good."

We were searching for a company more than a year to build our patio and stairs because we couldnâ t find a decent company who is responsive and works at reasonable costs. After massive and long research, we found Johnny and his team, and they completed the project within promised time. Iâ ve heard so many home improvement projects were delayed due to the national shortage, but Johnny kept his promise. So we could enjoy our patio this fall! The patio itself is fabulous, and stones are amazingly good quality. It looks very spacious and colors are very pretty. His team also built slick and modern looking stairs with dimmers, and it completes my patio. Johnny was super responsive and cared what we wanted. We requested several details for a good finish looking, and he made it happen. They were all wonderful when you reached out to ask a question, make a request, or voice a concern, very quick to respond or came to the house to check it out same day! From the beginning their customer service is right on target being very responsive and taking quick action. The whole experience was very positive from negotiating price to work in progress to completion. They will work with you to get what you want reasonably. We had 3 projects: replacing a large 2 level deck, flagstone steps and walkway and installing a 2 section patio. Their crews specialize in decking or masonry so these guys know what they are doing. Any concerns or challenges, they consult with you making recommendations or coming up with alternative solutions so you can make the decision. Everyone including the crews were polite, cleaned up and finished work in a very reasonable amount of time. Most of all, we are very happy with how the deck, front steps and walkway, and the patios turned out, just beautiful! "I manage a condominium community in Arlington. One building needed a foundation modification due to a rodent infiltration. The work performed was essential and done well. The issue was resolved. More recently, Structural was hired again for surface water management on a sidewalk low area where they installed Ecoraster blocks that collect and direct water off the sidewalk. They also applied this Ecoraster solution to a hillside next to a building that was eroding badly. The solution is excellent.
