I originally contacted J&F to have them repair my brick wall. I expanded the project to build a flagstone patio and to repair and reroof my garden shed. Everything went smoothly. The communication was great. They arrived when they said they would. They removed 65 square feet of concrete from my patio and hauled it away. The jackhammer only took about 10 minutes and was not as loud as I had expected. They were only on my patio for about 45 minutes. They did not waste any time. Originally, I had gotten a bid from them to only remove 10 square feet. The day before, we changed our minds. D & A Concrete was able to provide an updated bid over the phone. They accommodated the increased scope with no schedule changes. Now, I have more space to plant a tree and native flowers.

The subgrade crawl space and exterior cinder block foundation wall of our 65-year old house was deteriorating to the point where it was structurally unsound. This area contains our hot water heater, whole house water filter, sump pump, and water, sewer, HVAC, and dryer lines and pipes. An independent structural engineer inspected and prepared a detailed remediation recommendation. Over a 6-week period, despite harsh winter weather, BTL Homes did a complete rebuild of the exterior wall, installed ceiling supports and a new sump pump, rebuilt the steps into the space, and waterproofed and installed exterior drains. We were able to stay in our home during this project. They did an excellent job remediating the cellar and responded to our requests for additional clean-up to the surrounding area that had been disturbed by the excavation and construction. We can certainly recommend BTL Homes for this type of work, as their process is fair and well managed.

Blue Sky Landscaping continually exceeds my expectations and they are my go-to landscaping company whenever I need to bring in the reinforcements to help with my landscaping needs. Superior Outdoors installed a patio in our backyard. Sam provided the catalog with all the choices for patio pavers, provided a detailed summary of the work to be performed, and answered all our questions. They removed a failing front porch/stoop made of pavers, and replaced it with a brick and slate porch/stoop supported by reinforced concrete footers and slab. They started and finished on time, did excellent masonry, and cleaned up thoroughly. We are very pleased.
