    Loveland Roofing recently completed a total roof replacement (tear off, repair, and roof replacement) for our 90+ year old house. With multiple peaks, steeply-pitched roofs, and a tricky gutter system to work with, this was not an easy task. They did a great job! His team leaders and staff were hard-working, professional and polite. They also protected our landscaping well and did a thorough clean-up including using a high-powered magnet to detect any loose nails.     Justine was very professional, from the time of the quote to the completion of the project. He was timely and kept me informed. The quality seems excellent...I'll let you know in 20 years :). A key to recommendation centers around what happened several months after the job. I had some minor squirrel damage around the soffit. Although he had bigger jobs going on, Justine promptly assessed my issue (which was not of his doing) and reinforced the area with aluminum. It was refreshing to get such excellent service in a time where people don't always answer their phones or make time for minor jobs.     We could not have had a better experience with At Your Service. After talking to Jerry, we decided to have an inspection done on our roof which determined that we had damage from a storm from earlier in the year. Jerry walked us through the insurance process and within a week or two, we were approved for a new roof through our insurance! Within several days of approval, a crew showed up and did a phenomenal job replacing our roof. They arrived early and stayed until dusk to finish the replacement in 2 days. The professionalism of the crew and their diligent clean-up was also impressive. We can't say enough great things about Jerry and the entire At Your Service team; our experience was top-notch and we have been referring them to family and friends.
