We worked with David. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional which is hard to find these days. We had a tree which our deck was built around by the previous owner. We got tired of walking around it. David and his crew not only cut the tree but he also coverd the hole on the the deck with boards that we provided. The also cut it into smaller pieces so I could split the wood. They cleaned up their work area. They also laid out the gravel and sand base so l had a great start on installing my patio pavers. David doesn't mind at all doing even small jobs such as ours. Need an excellent landscaping service, the look no further than Nely's Landscaping!

Len rebuilt two brick wing walls that frame our front steps. When we first called him out for an estimate he was very communicative and flexible with his time. Had a great experience with F & S Masonary for my Tuckpointing project. The father who is named Henry did excellent work, You can tell from the quality of the work that he has lots of experience as a Tuckpointer. Communication with son Paul was great, very responsive and clear with him communication. Price for the work was very fair, they beat 6 other companies and did not sacrifice quality. We had a great experience with 83 Masonry LLC. They did work for us in the Palos area. We had full tuckpointing repairs done on the house and chimneys, along with cleaning and re-caulking all the windows and doors. The guys did great work, replacing brick where needed making it look better than I thought it would. Caulking turned out great everywhere.
Impressed with the care they took while working, covering our bushes and landscaping and making sure any kind of mess was cleaned up at the end. Guys were always on time and owner was always on call and available, and more than happy to answer any of our questions we had through the process. Absolutely 5-star service without a doubt.

Solo did an outstanding job. Our 15 year old brick patio was becoming out of level and pitching to one corner. They removed all the bricks and even laid out curved parts on the lawn so it all went back in EXACTLY. They re- leveled and compacted the base with new material and installed new locking sand. The patio now pitches to the garden rather than toward the house. They also did a excellent job repairing some areas of the garden retaining wall. One cap stone was broken during the wall repair and they immediately went out and bought a matching replacement. We had one minor punch list item which was attended to the next day. Excellent value for a fair price, clean, efficient and nice folks. Highly recommended!

I had major water problems in my yard. I hired Moonlake Landscaping to regrade my yard and install new sod. Ramon came out and explained to everything how the water was (not) flowing properly through my yard and what the grade should be. He also recommended a french drain with dry well to deal with a particularly bad area. I figured that the work would be too expensive with the drain added, but Ramon s quote was very reasonable and we decided to move forward. We even added some plantings to the project because we still had room in our budget.
We got a lot of rain leading up to the work, which required rescheduling to let them mud thicken up before regrading. Ramon stayed in contact with us the whole time and when a break in the weather appeared, they came out immediately and worked for three days to bang out the project. Ramon does not just coordinate, he does the work too. That made a huge difference in terms of communication during the project. We were able to immediately make minor changes as things went along. I really appreciated that.
Everything turned out great. Ramon spent time explaining how to take care of everything and left us with written details. He also made himself available by phone or email if we had any additional questions in the future.
I highly recommend these guys. Friendly, hard-working, and fairly priced is all I ask for in a contractor. Moonlake hit it out of the park and I will definitely be using them for future landscaping work.
