The fridge was not cooling. They fixed the drain line, cleaned the compressor coil, fixed the damper and the Olgi motor to enable the dispenser to work. Very polite and professional!

Oscar did an excellent job communicating exactly what I needed to connect my portable generator to my electrical panel. When finished, he took me through the entire process of what to do in case of a power outage. He was very thorough in taking me through a hands on process. He marked the essential circuits I need for an emergency outage. I'm now confident I'll have lights, heat/air, refrigerator and internet in case of an outage. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

I would really like to have given them a 5-star rating, however, there was a couple of things that were off about this hire. I was told the day before that the job would be somewhere between 150-200 no more than 200 dollars. I also asked the man who came out if he had a drill to which he replied he did. When they got here they said our drill is not working so we have to do it by hand (make the holes where the screws and post were going to go). They were putting up floating shelves which were designed to be easier to put up. The job took over 2 hours and the last shelf was placed too close to the other so they are not even.
The two workers were pleasant and friendly. The job took longer because they did not have a drill and I've already said above that the last shelf came out crooked which I am disappointed about. Not to mention it's noticeable. In the end, it cost me $230 I guess because it took them over two hours. I am left disappointed with the work quality. And thought I was hiring some handymen that I could use for other projects but I'm afraid not. Which is sad.

I am so grateful for finding Joel. He is very professional, very dependable, very respectful, HAS COMMON SENSE, and not only listens to what you say and want, BUT he actually follows through and remembers it!!! He asks you for feedback in order to do what you want and to make sure he is understanding your desires correctly, which I appreciated very much. His work ethic is fabulous. He actually knows what he is doing and gets the job done right and timely, never having to worry if he is going to show up! I had a 1,000 square feet wooden deck destroyed by Hurricane Harvey which had to be redone. Only after 4 contractors later and years of delay...the 5th contractor was Joel and he was the only one who really thought things out and knew what he was doing!! He had to tear out part of the work guys before him had done, to fix it, and to finish the job. Thank you so much, Joel. You finally calmed my stress over that deck! I will see you on the front porch and sidewalk project very soon!!! Stay Safe!
