Installation Instructions
  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Write [mastodon url="a Mastodon status URL"][/mastodon]

Examples :

Does Work but…

This plugin still works fine even on my multisite multinetwork system but the 'embedded' code served up by Mastodon itself actually does a better job and is less trouble in the long run.
