    Over the years Keith perfected his design. He wanted to bring the trampoline to market, but was seriously out of his comfort zone. Along came Steve Holmes, a Canadian who bought the patent to Keith's trampoline and took the risk to commercialize it. (2/)

    In the 80s a New Zealand engineer named Dr. Keith Alexander wanted to buy his kids a trampoline, buuut his wife said they were too dangerous. Keith was like, "challenge accepted" and designed his own — without any metal springs. 🧵 (1/)
