    What I like about the above article is it applies to tech/design/product debt equally, and names a practice for keeping a team’s process fluid, flexible and dynamic. Similar to Grace Hopper’s “it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission”.

    Love this idea! I’ve tried a spreadsheet version before. I think it’s a net positive, even given the valid anchoring/groupthink concerns expressed by , especially when “blocking disagree” and “non-blocking disagree” arguments become clear.

    I’ve been using these nifty alignment scales in ’s FigJam to tease out areas of misalignment with stakeholders- try it out for more effective meetings! (Yes this is a real screenshot from a recent review 👀)

    Picking a company name is ~100x more difficult today than it was in 2014, but we did it! We're renaming Clubhouse to Shortcut. Excited to "unpark" in a couple weeks.

    In practice many products marketed as for teams are only really used by one or a handful of power users or by a single function within the organization. Building something genuinely cross-functional sounds simple and obvious as a goal, but therein be dragons.
