    What I like about the above article is it applies to tech/design/product debt equally, and names a practice for keeping a team’s process fluid, flexible and dynamic. Similar to Grace Hopper’s “it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission”.

    Love this idea! I’ve tried a spreadsheet version before. I think it’s a net positive, even given the valid anchoring/groupthink concerns expressed by , especially when “blocking disagree” and “non-blocking disagree” arguments become clear.
