• At first I was disappointed because the support service was very slow, chat on the website also had no response. But in the end the team responded immediately and helped me out of some problems.

    I hope WP ERP can improve its ERP services and features.

    While we try to provide our best support, even on the weekends- we try not to keep the user waiting with their problems. But yes, sometimes we get busy with the family thing on the weekends that may cause some delay in responses.
