A company is only as good as its service in my opinion, which makes WPMU DEV one of the best. Huberson was very kind and patient walking me through some unfamiliar territory. He was also extremely knowledgeable, and took a deep look through my multisite for extra thorough support. Most "support techs" just throw how-to links at you (and WPMU DEV has plenty of content like that already). But their exceptional support staff puts them head and shoulders above the rest.
