I have used WPMU for years and pay for the service in large due to the fast and exceptional customer service. The site services are great and perfect for a webmaster and probably detailed here already. Likewise the benefit of having experts on hand within minutes is worth the cost imo alone. I'll also send a thanks to Neer who just assisted me a few minutes ago in hope that he gets some additional recognition in the office. It's service like his that keeps me subscribed.

these guys will walk you through anything without hesitation. if you still get lost, they do it for you, whether you are bronze or platinum. I have both and receive the same level of support for both.
I'm relatively new to using WPMU DEV products for WordPress/WooCommerce. The 'Performance Test" within the Hummingbird plugin found various speed issues that required additional hands-on support and unique configuration adjustments to solve some website speed issues. The help received today was outstanding.

I am not a programmer but want to have full control of my company website. Having recently moved to WPMUDev I have found the support to be exceptional. It has given me the confidence to do updates and changes that I would previously have outsourced, but now I know that I have expert support for when things go wrong.
I was having an issue with hosting and domain which caused the client site I'd built to show a 404 error.
I'd been pulling my hair out for weeks trying to resolve this and then Jair from WPMUDev managed to work his magic and BAM! Fixed.

I just love wpmudevs level of service and support. They always answer on the chat right away and are very friendly. Had a site hacked and they helped getting it all back up and running at no extra charge... and even offer to check that all is "fine" after. A big thumbs up to them - I highly recommend it to anyone working with Wordpress.
