"Daniel Sr. Was open to negotiate & work with me for my future plans of an addition. We did have a few glitches along the way, simple miscommunication it was easily resolved with a phone call. They arrived promptly, reliable. Always called me to inform me of changes. I would be very clear of finishing look, I.e., vents, where lines are ran (electrical), Sheetrock surrounding vents. Had I known I would of been clearer & I believe Daniel would of given me an explanation for all my questions. The issues I had with patchwork was brought to Daniel’s attention and he offered me a monetary compensation to have the work done to bring the ceiling to their original state. I appreciate this type of offer. I did acquire other bids & this bid was not the lowest but I did receive a quality unit with a WIFI enabled thermostat for our main house, which I’m very happy with. They also installed a mini split in our cottage. Installation was clean & efficient. I’m looking forward the the companies return to finish the installation for the addition.
