Once again Hillhouse Construction did the job to perfection. What started out as redoing the baseboards turned into adding matching trim on all windows and doors and painting the doors and jams white to give the home a more updated look. I am so HAPPY with the work and I really enjoy showing it off to friends and family!

Our home is in Inner SE Portland, built in 1903 with a rook whose slope is nearly vertical in places. We had solar panel support frames that had to be removed before the old shingles could be removed, and a solar water heater that had to be worked around. They came in with a very professional crew on a Tuesday morning and were finished by Friday evening of the same week. It was amazing! They were very personable and responsive to our every concern, even coming out a week later to complete a small window pane replacement, which was unintentionally broken during the roof installation. They have my complete unqualified endorsement.

Ricardo was great. We received a very fast response for a quote. We had a leak in the valley area. They got on the roof, checked things over & provided a quote that included photos of what they believed were the problems. Gave us our options and the cost differences. Ricardo & his crew were professional, fast and did a very through job with an excellent clean up. We didn't have to do anything after they left. These guys are TOP notch. This project was for a patio cover with gabled roof. Nohr seem to know exactly what we wanted. He was flexible with some changes we asked for and overall was reasonable in price compared to others in the market. I did cost a little more than we anticipated but worth every penny. Once the crew got on site they were on time (early) and worked hard throughout the day. The entire project was completed in 3 days. Other company's told us it would take up to a week. High quality craftmanship while staying on schedule is hard to come by these days. Paradise more then met our expectations. Thanks for the great experience.

The gutters look good. It would have been nice if the installers cleaned up the mess they created (meaning, the debris from the gutters were just left were they dropped). Their ladders dragged a bunch of gravel onto our lawn. Pretty obvious. The installers never even told us when they were done. They just left. They could have walked the property and shown us what they did.

Shannon was very responsive, went out of his way to gather our supplies during a run on that type of lumber, completed te work efficiently , was neat, and provide straight-forward advice on how to maintain the pergola..
