Lewallen Architecture/Build was professional from Day 1. Their contractors were super friendly and knowledgeable, completing work on time or ahead of schedule. Even when plans got off track due to uncontrollable circumstances such as inspections, they worked quickly to get back on track. Their workmanship is high quality and I am excited for my new master suite retreat. Michael has great visions so even if you're not quite sure what you want, he can help bring ideas to life. I almost wish I had another remodel project so that I could hire them again.

Artem (Art) Savenko did a wonderful job installing a new kitchenette. I was impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. At the beginning, he provided me with drawings of the project that detailed exactly what I wanted. While he worked on the kitchenette in Portland, I was in So. California. He kept me well informed while he worked on the kitchen. In addition, he is very neat & honest. I interviewed 5 contractors and I was happy I chose Art. I highly recommend Art. He is truly a five star contractor!

We hired Monogram after interviewing others and Monogram impressed us with that they build there own cabinets, so the cabinets are truly custom cabinets and that was very important to us, we didn't want pre-fab particle board.
Stephanie challenged us and had a verity of great ideas that we had always talked about doing and ones we hadn't thought of, but not ever having remodeled a home wasn't sure we could do.
She also took a small master bath and came up with a new design that made it seem larger without adding more footage and giving us double sinks a new shower with great lighting.
We have lived in a completed remodel for a few months now and absolutely love our new home, with renewed energy.
Stephanie designed & Eric made the kitchen we always wanted with a large black walnut island top with a live edge, a full height pull out spice rack which I now have filled, new pantry in the kitchen, a vent over the now gas stove that now vents outside, removed walls to make an open floor living space, new window treatment, new French door out to our deck, brick fireplace refaced with black sand beach granite and moving our dinning room to a location we never would have thought (giving us a great view with dinner everyday) and I could go on and on.
We touched all our rooms except two bedrooms.
Stephanie and Eric did a wonderful job for us and she listened to what we wanted and made it happen even more so.
Eric made very good quality cabinets with soft close drawers and doors, great glides on each drawer that makes them slide so smoothly even heavy drawers. Note on the cabinets; all the joints were tight and looked well put together.
Stephanie is very particular who works with her as she expects quality work. All the subcontractors were so very nice and friendly easy to work with as a customer.
I would recommend Monogram Builders LLC for any remodel. If I had an other home I would have them remodel that one too.

Trina is an excellent architect and designer. I had a challenging project where I needed to move two houses. She created the two sets of house plans for me, complete with all the retrofits and structural updates. She made the entire process very easy by working directly with the City, my project manager, the structural engineer and the surveyors.

I needed an elevation pre-certificate on a vacant lot on the upper Sandy River within the 100 year floodplain. Other companies I contacted did not understand the work content or the process for the county land use permit needs on a lot without a home. Statewide had the experience and gladly took some additional elevations for me at a low quotation price.
