    most impressive to me is and accomplished all of this while being partners in life, partners in business, parents, and good humans. An incredible example of how being present and authentic beats chasing profit margins every time. My sincerest Congratulations!

    If you’re a leader, work behavior concern conversations need to be re-directed towards performance. You can’t argue with clear expectations and failure to meet them. Document and handle that way. If attitude is that important then hire with that mindset, not on resume alone. my2c

    Our initial feelings about an opportunity aren't always the best indicator of what we really *need*. Sometimes they are whims that indulge some fear or deep part of ourselves that we're trying to protect out of habit. Be willing to take a minute and override them now and then.
